Please note the following when entering your account / policy number:
- Do not include spaces or dashes when entering your reference account number.
- If applicable, please use capital letters when entering your reference account number.
* Please add zeroes to the reference account number where applicable. Eg. 00 1234

What is the minimum requirement to use HSBC Bill Payments? 
To utilize HSBC Bill Payments services, you will need to be an HSBC customer and meet the respective minimum account opening requirements. 

How much is the cost of using HSBC Bill Payments? 
Usage of HSBC Bill Payments is absolutely free! 

Do I need to register to use HSBC Bill Payments? 
No registration is required for payments made through Cheque Deposit Machines and Personal Telephone Banking. However, you will need to individually register for online@hsbc, ATMs and Automated Telephone Banking. 

When will my payments take effect? 
Payments made on a working day before the cut off time will be processed on the same day. Any payments received after the cut off time will be processed the next working day. Payments made on a Sunday or a public holiday will be processed the next working day. 

Which merchants can I make Bill Payments to? 
HSBC Bill Payments can only be made to the merchants participating in the program. If you are a merchant that would like to participate in this program, you may contact our Call Centre at 2 252 252 or email us and provide us with your name and contact details.
