Eligibility

  • Aged between 18 and 54 years
  • Salary credited to an HSBC account by autopay, hexagon, standing instruction from employer's account or from other banks by way of a cashier order
  • For Personal Instalment Loan, minimum gross monthly salary of BND750 for locals and BND1,500 for expatriates must be met.

 

Basic documentation requirements

Visit your nearest HSBC branch and bring along the following documents:

  • Brunei Identification card or passport
  • Employer’s letter confirming salary
  • Employment contract / Work permit for expatriates
  • Salary slip (last 3 months)
  • Bank book or bank statements (last 6 months)
