Eligibility

Requirement for students are:

• Brunei citizens or permanent residents aged between 18 and 54 years old
  
• Enrolled in the following educational institutions:
         i/University Brunei Darussalam
         ii/Institute Technology Brunei
         iii/Pengiran Anak Puteri Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah College of Nursing
         iv/Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Islamic Studies
         v/Jefri Bolkiah College of Engineering
         vi/Sultan Bolkiah Vocational School
         vii/Sultan Saiful Rizal Technical College
         viii/Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Institute of Education
  
• A guarantor who earns a minimum gross monthly salary of BND850 paid to an HSBC account and is aged between 21 and 52
       years old
  
• Allowance credited to an HSBC account

Requirements for others are:

• Local with minimum gross monthly salary of BND850


• Working for Brunei Government, Brunei Shell Petroleum, semi-government, private sector, and corporate Employee Privilege
       Scheme (CEPS) employees


• Salary credited to an HSBC account

Basic documentation requirements

For Students:

• Identification card and student ID (if any)


• Account statement (last 6 months)


• Letter of confirmation of enrolment at college/university


• Guarantor's identification card


• Guarantor's salary slip (last 3 months)


• Guarantor's account statement (last 6 months)


• An invoice/quotation that includes the computer details from the computer vendor


For Others:


• Identification card


• Salary confirmation letter


• Savings account statement (last 6 months)


• Salary slip (last 3 months)


• An invoice/quotation that includes the computer details from the computer vendor

Fees & charges^

• One-time arrangement fee BND250


• Stamp duty BND1.10


• Cashier's order fee BND15 (imposed for making payment to the vendor)


^ For students, all fees are waived, with the exception of the stamp duty.
