Online Password Reset

Online password reset allows you to reset your new password online without the need to submit any forms to the bank. You only need to log on and provide the correct answers to your security questions.

User guide

One time set up

  • Choose your preferred security questions from the set of questions available. 
  • Provide the correct answers to your chosen questions. These answers will be required from you when you perform an online password reset in future. 


How to reset your password online

  • Go to the Internet Banking logon page.
  • Enter your Internet Banking ID / User name. 
  • Click on “Forgotten your password” to reset your password instantly.


How to change your security questions

  •  Log into Internet Banking.
  • Go to the left navigation menu and click Services → Change Password Reset Questions 
  • You can now proceed to change your security questions and answers.

What is the online password reset feature?

Online password reset allows you to set your new password online when you forget your current one. This means that you do not have to submit any forms to the bank for processing as long as you are able to furnish your Username, OTP (one-time password) as well as security questions and answers accurately via Internet Banking.

 

What are the benefits of using the online password reset feature?

You will be able to reset your password instantly anytime.

 

Can I opt-out of this feature?

You can choose not to proceed with the online password reset procedure for the first 3 times you login. However after you have used the 3 grace logins, you will be required to complete the security answers before you can proceed any further.

You can change your security questions and answers when you logon to Internet Banking under Services -> Change Password Reset Questions.
