Official Tender Forms must be used and placed in sealed envelopes and submitted in the following manner:

a. SPOT TENDER FORM delivered by hand to HSBC Brunei Processing Centre, Unit C1-C6, 1st Floor, Block C, Jerudong Centre, Jalan Jerudong ; OR

b. CLOSED TENDER FORM entered directly into locked tender boxes at any of the three following locations
1. HSBC FINANCE Beribi 2. HFBN Car Yard 3. HSBC Kuala Belait

6. Completed tender forms are to be received by 13th Feb 2010 not later than 11:00AM.
7. Financing is available from HSBC Finance (B) Bhd subject to financial status. Terms & conditions apply.

 		 Please call 2 252 920 for matters pertaining to do the condition of the vehichle and 2252 919 for the status of tender bids.
9. Bidders must confirm acceptance within 4 days of notification that their bid has been successful and make full payment of the tendered amount within 10 days from the date of notification.

The decision to sell is final and no correspondence will be entertained. Terms and Conditions as contained in the Tender Forms apply.
