5 Completed tender forms are to be received by 19th July 2008 not later than 11:00 AM.
6. Financing is available from HSBC Finance (B) Bhd subject to financial status. Terms & conditions apply.

Official tender forms must be used and placed in sealed envelopes directly into locked tender boxes at the following locations.

9. Bidders must confirm acceptance within 4 days of notification that their bid has been successful and make full payment of the tendered amount within 10 days from the date of notification.

The decision to sell to the highest bidder is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
