Terms and Conditions Headstart Card 

  1. Customers who sign up for Headstart account will receive one Headstart card.
  2. Validity of the Headstart card is until 31 December 2008.
  3. Headstart cardholders are required to visit any of HSBC branches to renew their Headstart cards upon expiry. 
  4. The discount offers outlined in the merchant booklet are valid until 31 December 2007.
  5. Any changes or updates to the discount offers will be announced through the HSBC website.
  6. The discounts offered by participating merchants cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers and discounts, unless stated otherwise.
  7. HSBC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the participating merchants involved in this discount programme.
  8. The discount offers are bound by the terms and conditions of the participating merchants.
  9. In case of dispute, the decision of HSBC and the participating merchants shall be final. 
  10. The Bank reserves the right to replace or withdraw any participating merchants without giving prior notice to membership cardholders.
