How do I convert my Reward points?

You can convert your HSBC Reward points to Royal Skies miles or KrisFlyer miles through the following channels:

• Call Centre
• Personal Internet Banking
• HSBC Branches

When can I start transferring my Rewards points?

You must complete the Air Miles transfer option form which is available from any HSBC branches. Application will then be processed by HSBC (service standard 3 working days). Upon completion, you may then convert your Reward Points to Miles and enjoy free flights or upgrades.

How many Rewards points can I convert?

You may convert as many Rewards points accumulated in your card account as you wish. Transfer of Rewards points to Miles must be made in blocks of 3000 points and 2 Reward Points is equivalent to 1 mile.

Is there any charge to participate in this programme?

Participation in this program is free of charge.

Your HSBC Reward Points are convertible to Singapore Airlines’ KrisFlyer miles.

As a KrisFlyer member, you can travel to any of your dream destinations for free* simply by converting your HSBC Reward points to KrisFlyer miles. And because each dollar you spend earns you 1 Reward Point, redeeming for a free flight will be a breeze.

How do I become a member in this program?

Apply for Royal Skies membership by completing the application form available from Royal Brunei Airlines or HSBC branches. Upon approval, you will receive a temporary Royal Skies Membership card. A permanent membership card will be issued once you start to accumulate Royal Skies miles.
